Gafave stands behind everything we sell. If something isn't right, we want to fix it. This policy covers all purchases made through gfvgym.com (apparel) and gfvapparel.com (suits).
Apparel — Bras & Short
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your apparel purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.
Conditions for Return
How to Initiate a Return
Email hello@gafave.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 1 business day with a return address and instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective item or the wrong product, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at your preference. Email hello@gafave.com with a photo of the issue and your order number.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges at this time due to limited inventory. If you need a different size or style, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
GFV Suits — All Sales Final
Suit purchases operate under a different policy due to the custom manufacturing process. Please read this section carefully before placing a suit order.
All suit orders placed through gfvapparel.com are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are offered on suit purchases.
Why Suits Are Non-Refundable
Each GFV suit is manufactured to the exact measurements you provide, verified by a professional tailor and documented in your signed Measurements Verification Waiver. Because every suit is built specifically to your specifications, it cannot be restocked or resold.
Before You Order — Your Responsibility
Payment is not processed until your signed waiver is received. Once payment clears, production begins and the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
KDP Books
Digital book purchases (Kindle) are subject to Amazon's standard return policy. Physical books (paperback and hardcover) purchased through Amazon are subject to Amazon's return policy for physical goods. For books purchased directly through gafave.com, contact hello@gafave.com within 14 days of delivery.
