1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Gafave website — gafave.com, gfvgym.com, gfvapparel.com, or gfvtrainingapp.com — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our sites. Gafave reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of any site after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Who We Are
Gafave Inc. operates three product lines: GFV Gym Apparel (gfvgym.com), GFV Suits (gfvapparel.com), and GFV Training App (gfvtrainingapp.com). Our ecosystem hub and book/coaching products are available at gafave.com. All three sites are operated by the same entity.

4. Ordering & Payment
• Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
• We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and
processed securely.
• For suit orders: payment is not processed until a signed Measurements Verification
Waiver is received by Gafave.
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Gafave is not
liable for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
• Gafave reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Apparel orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate of $8.00 within the United States. International shipping is not currently offered. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — Gafave is not responsible for carrier delays.
Suit orders are produced to order with a manufacturing lead time of 14–21 business days, plus shipping. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
6. Suit Orders — Customer Measurement Responsibility
GFV Suits are manufactured to exact customer-provided measurements. By placing a suit order,
you confirm that:
• Your measurements were obtained from a professional tailor, not self-measured.
• You have signed the Measurements Verification Waiver.
• You accept that the suit will be manufactured to exactly the measurements you provided.
• You understand all suit sales are final and no refunds or exchanges are offered for fit
issues.
Gafave bears no responsibility for fit issues arising from inaccurate measurements. The waiver process exists to protect both parties.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Gafave websites — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, campaign videos, and the K2E8 Framework — is the property of Gafave Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any Gafave content without prior written permission.
8. User Conduct
By using our sites, you agree not to:
• Use any automated tool, bot, scraper, or crawler to access our sites or extract data.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our sites or systems.
• Use our sites for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Submit false information, fraudulent orders, or misrepresent your identity.
• Interfere with the proper operation of our sites or servers.
9. GFV Training App
The GFV Training App (gfvtrainingapp.com) is currently available as a free prototype. By using the prototype, you acknowledge it is a pre-launch product and may contain bugs or incomplete features. Gafave makes no warranties about the prototype's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. The paid subscription version, when launched, will be governed by its own Terms of Service.
10. Free Books & Lead Magnets
Free books available for download on gafave.com are provided for informational purposes. They are not substitutes for professional medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. Gafave makes no warranties about outcomes from applying the content in these books.
11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Gafave websites and products are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gafave disclaims all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Gafave's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our sites or products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Gafave is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our sites will be resolved in the courts of New York.
13. Changes to These Terms
Gafave reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on all three sites with a revised effective date. Your continued use of any Gafave site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
